Kompletter Support der Audatex-Produkte im Umfeld von Versicherungen und Sachverständigen: Analyse von komplexen Problemen und Anfragen, Erarbeiten von Problemlösungen und deren Implementierung, Sicherstellung der Funktionalität

Analyse von Problemen und Kundenanfragen zu IT-Produkten im 1st und 2nd Level Support:

  • Kundenanfragen, Fehlermeldungen und Kundenreklamationen aufnehmen, bewerten und lösen
  • Ggf. Ressourcen gemäß des aktuellen Supportprozesses in Anspruch nehmen
Erarbeitung und Implementierung neuer Problemlösungen:
  • Neue Problemlösungen erarbeiten, implementieren und testen
Durchführung von Benutzereinweisungen:
  • Telefonische Einweisungen in geänderte oder neue Systeme

Was solltest Du mitbringen?

  • 3-jährige Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder IT-Systemkaufmann
  • 1-jährige Zusatzqualifikation als IT Kundenbetreuer
  • 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

Senior JAVA Developer Frontend

Mission

Scrum Master

Role

The main responsibility will be performing the Scrum Master role for the in-house development team, including sprint co-ordination and communication. You will be capable of driving your multi-disciplined Scrum team (including Developers, Testers, Designers and Business Analysts) and possess the gravitas and credibility to inspire excellent results.

The ideal candidate will be driven and results oriented with a positive outlook and focus on high quality delivery. You should be a strong communicator and able to convey complex concepts and ideas easily to the team as well as motivating them to complete work according to requirements on schedule and to a high quality. You ensure that the Agile Scrum methodology is followed throughout the whole process. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders are a must.

To be considered for this role you should have an understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values and procedures with the ability to get the best out of the development team.

Mission

Mission

KAM is responsible for promotion of cutting edge technology and software products, managing key accounts (insurances, appraiser organizations, OEMs, Leasing companies, Fleet companies, Partners), maintaining a long term relationship with these accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.

Mission
